Pytch Sports, LLC (“Pytch Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Pytch Sports mobile application (“App”), our website, and related Pytch Sports products and services.
The Pytch Sports App is a companion application designed for use with compatible Pytch Sports hardware, including the Pytch Transmitter and Pytch X5 wrist devices.
The App allows coaches and authorized users to manage games and communicate baseball and softball calls, including pitching, hitting, fielding, and custom game-related commands, through compatible Pytch hardware.
Compatible Pytch hardware is sold separately.
The Pytch Sports App is designed to operate with minimal collection of personal information.
The App does not require users to create a Pytch Sports account or provide personal information in order to access its primary functionality.

The App uses Bluetooth to discover, connect to, authenticate with, configure, and communicate with compatible Pytch Sports hardware.

Certain Pytch Sports features may use the device's camera to scan information used to configure or pair compatible Pytch Sports hardware.

Pytch Sports does not use camera access for advertising or unrelated tracking purposes.
Bluetooth access is required for certain features involving compatible Pytch Sports hardware.
The App may use Bluetooth to locate and connect to a Pytch Transmitter, configure supported devices, authenticate a hardware connection, and transmit commands or configuration information.
Communication beyond the iPhone's Bluetooth connection may be performed by dedicated Pytch hardware and its embedded firmware.
Pytch Sports takes reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with our products and services.
Security and encryption associated with dedicated Pytch hardware may be implemented within the hardware and its embedded firmware. The iOS App also relies on security functionality provided by Apple's operating system and supported communication frameworks where applicable.
No electronic communication or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Pytch Sports App may rely on services and technologies provided by Apple that are necessary for normal iOS application operation, distribution, permissions, and device functionality.
Those services may be governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
If Pytch Sports introduces additional third-party services that materially affect the collection or use of personal information, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
When you visit the Pytch Sports website, the website hosting provider and other services necessary to operate the website may automatically process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and website activity.
If you voluntarily contact Pytch Sports, make a purchase, request support, or submit information through our website, we may receive the information you choose to provide.

Pytch Sports products may be used in connection with youth baseball and softball programs. However, the Pytch Sports App is intended to be operated by coaches, parents, team personnel, or other authorized users and is not designed as a social networking service for children.
